I spend a lot of time making this 3-page character sheet for Lamentations of the Flame Princess RPG and we ended up using it when I ran The God that Crawls.
There’s a page with alternative advancement options making leveling up even more exciting.
After the adventure I realised that I much prefer the simpler B/X style character sheet and then continued on to make one of those as well.
Hi there,
I’m interested in these advancements on the sheet…
Where do they come from? Or are these just house rules?
best
Robert
Hi Robert
Thanks for your interest!
They are just houserules, to make leveling up a bit more fun – since most characters in LotFP don’t live to see the high levels. Most of them are probably stolen from somewhere else. I seriously can’t remember them all. Some looks to be feats from d&d. Looking at them now actually makes me want to make some more 🙂
OK. These are cool as they give each character a little bit of an extra touch.
And, btw. I like the sheet very much and will use it in an one-shot I’m going to play in 3 weeks time.
So many thanks for putting this online!
Awesome!
Glad you like it and intent to use it ?
Feel free to give me feedback from your group as well.
This is really nice! And I love the advancements… I also like to give a bit more flexibility at level-up with LotFP or similar OSR systems, because of the high mortality rate 🙂
And the design and layout are awesome!
Thanks 🙂
[…] a long time ago I uploaded this character sheet for LotFP – not realising at the time – that sheet was my 3-page experimental version […]
